Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join rehab team in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include documenting, billing, and coding for SLP services; providing assessments and information for resident status and Medicare-related records; contributing to care plans for residents with communication and swallowing challenges; collaborating with a care-team to achieve high-quality outcomes. Requires Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and a state-issued license. On-site, part-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
