Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with speech or language disorders under physician direction; develop individualized treatment programs, administer specialized tests, and educate patients, families, and caregivers on practice strategies. Conduct screens, create care plans, and administer/interpret hearing and speech assessments; maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Requires state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and the ability to travel to patient sites as needed. Demonstrates strong verbal/written communication, organization, and customer service within a SNF population.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master's, or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
- State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
- Proficiency with applicable state, federal, and professional standards
- Ability to travel as needed to perform job
