Job Summary
Provide center-based speech-language pathology services to children, initially covering maternity leave and transitioning to a new Danvers center. Conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, BCBA-Ds, RBTs). Deliver training to families and staff; emphasize natural-play-based approaches to help children build foundational communication and self-advocacy skills. Work with Precision Teaching data to guide decisions, track progress, and support outcomes (e.g., progress toward general education or supported settings). Role requires Master’s in Speech Pathology, CCC-SLP, and state licensure; full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:15am–4:45pm) with comprehensive benefits; no travel expected. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MacOS, CentralReach, and Tableau; dedication to collaboration, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
- CCC-SLP (Certification of Clinical Competence)
- State Licensure
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a MacOS environment and learn CentralReach/Tableau
