Job Summary
As an Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Encompass Health, you’ll evaluate and assess patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs, develop and administer personalized treatment plans, identify issues and modify therapy as needed, and track patient performance and progress. You’ll document responses to treatment and celebrate patient victories, working within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader. A Master’s degree is preferred (or a Bachelor’s with relevant field experience), and licensure/certification plus CCC is required, with CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
