Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories; collaborate within Encompass Health's inpatient rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality care and leverage available resources and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
