Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist provides speech pathology services to patients per licensure; directs and supervises assistants and students as applicable; conducts evaluation and treatment, sets goals, educates families, and documents in accordance with organizational guidelines; participates in quality assurance and customer service activities; requires active Oregon SLP license, valid CPR, and graduation from an approved Speech-Language Pathology curriculum; offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities within Avamere Lebanon Rehabilitation setting; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, EAP, continuing education reimbursement, and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved curriculum in Speech-Language Pathology
- active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Oregon
- CPR certification
- English speaking ability
- read/write/speak/understand English
