Job Summary
Facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals by returning residents to optimal physical function within a skilled nursing facility. Instruct patients in maintaining achieved levels of function through education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modification. Work Monday through Friday shifts to support discharge planning and post-discharge independence. Requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active, unencumbered state license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
- Active, unencumbered license from the state of practice
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to navigate through various software programs
- Ability to navigate through service delivery software
- Ability to navigate through electronic health record software
