Job Summary
Evaluate pediatric patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide home-based speech therapy. Monitor patient progress, complete documentation, and educate caregivers while coordinating care with healthcare providers. Optional supervision of SLPAs is available. Compensation ranges from $64 to $92 per visit/hour with flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and contract roles. W-2 and independent contractor options exist. Pyg Therapy supports therapist-focused culture with administrative assistance, caseload development help, and collaborative leadership. Full-time W-2 employees receive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and reimbursements for CEUs, licensure, and therapy materials.
