Job Summary
Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health speech therapy services in Arlington and Grand Prairie, TX. Responsible for evaluating and treating cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional needs; planning and implementing individualized therapy programs; developing child-specific goals in collaboration with physicians; educating, coaching, and empowering caregivers to carry over therapeutic activities; coordinating with referral partners to deliver services; designing and instructing home exercise programs; documenting patient care and coordinating care in an electronic medical record system; maintaining patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- ASHA certification
- Texas State SLP License
- Current CPR certification
