Job Summary
Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement pediatric speech-language therapy in the home and community settings, focusing on cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing and social/emotional goals. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing goals, creating and implementing therapy plans, coaching caregivers, coordinating with referral partners, designing home exercise programs, documenting in an EMR, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Required Qualifications
- ASHA certification
- Texas State SLP License
- Current CPR certification
