Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides pediatric speech, language, feeding/swallowing, cognitive, and social-emotional therapy in home and community settings. Responsible for evaluating, establishing goals, and creating/implementing individualized treatment plans, educating and coaching caregivers to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, and ensuring continuity of care through home exercise programs and thorough documentation in the EMR. Partners with physicians and families to maximize each child’s functional communication and feeding outcomes, with flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- ASHA certification
- State License
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 yr. of experience preferred
