Job Summary
Deliver pediatric speech-language pathology services in the home and community. Implement evaluation-driven speech therapy programs to address cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing and/or social/emotional needs; develop goals and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians; educate and empower caregivers to transfer therapeutic activities to daily routines; coordinate with referral partners and ensure continuation of the therapeutic plan post-discharge through home programs and caregiver instruction; document care in an EMR system while maintaining patient confidentiality. Requires ASHA certification, state licensure, and CPR certification. Roles available part-time or full-time; location is Alief, Texas.
