Job Summary
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for pediatric home health, part-time or full-time, provides evaluations, develops goals, and implements therapy plans to address cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional needs. Responsibilities include creating and implementing treatment plans, coaching caregivers to transfer skills to daily routines, coordinating with referral partners, designing home exercise programs, and documenting care in an EMR while maintaining patient confidentiality. Requirements: ASHA certification, state license, current CPR certification. Preferred: at least 1 year of experience and bilingual Spanish/English.
