Job Summary
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will implement treatment programs for pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing and/or social/emotional disabilities in home and community settings by planning and administering speech therapy services. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, interpreting assessment results, developing goals, creating and implementing speech therapy treatment plans, helping patients develop or regain functional skills, educating caregivers and families to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, designing and instructing home exercise programs, documenting patient care in an electronic medical record, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Provides patient-centered care with flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- ASHA certification
- State License
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 yr. of experience preferred
