Job Summary
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide home-based skilled speech therapy care as directed by the attending physician. Responsibilities include developing individualized plans of care, guiding patients through therapeutic activities, observing and reporting patient progress, and counseling patients and their families about speech therapy processes. A successful candidate will be a compassionate communicator with strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to manage all physical demands of the role. Candidates must have a valid state license, at least one year of acute care experience, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Speech Therapist with a current license in the state of employment
- Minimum one-year experience as a ST in an acute care setting
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
- Capable of all physical demands
Desired Qualifications
- Home care experience preferred
