Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing home-based skilled speech therapy to patients in the Fayette, Ross, Pickaway, Hocking, Vinton, Jackson, Pike and Highland counties. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team delivering care in patients' homes, developing and adjusting an individualized Plan of Care, educating patients and families, and documenting outcomes following Medicare/Federal guidelines. Schedule: 3 weekdays, 8:30 am–5:00 pm; compensation on a per-visit basis with mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, life insurance, and EAP. Requires current license in the state of employment, minimum one year of ST experience in an acute care setting, and valid driver’s license. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Speech Therapist with a current license in the state of employment
- Minimum one-year experience as a ST in an acute care setting
