Job Summary
Conduct Speech Therapy evaluations and examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and record initial evaluations, treatment data, progress, and discharge information. Observe assessments, prepare detailed reports, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate cooperatively with healthcare team members. This role involves administering current evidence-based practices consistent with American Speech-Language-Hearing Association standards at the Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Granville, New York.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited SLP Program
- Current New York State SLP License
- Currently licensed in New York
- Graduate from an approved Speech Language Pathology (SLP) program
- Actively working toward obtaining licensure
