Job Summary
Conduct Speech Therapy evaluations and examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans. Monitor resident progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and record initial evaluations, treatment details, and discharge information. Prepare detailed progress reports while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards. Collaborate cooperatively with healthcare team members to support patient rehabilitation goals. Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited SLP Program
- Current New York State SLP License
- currently licensed in New York
- graduate from an approved Speech Language Pathology (SLP) program
- actively working toward obtaining licensure
