Job Summary
Administer speech therapy evaluations and examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans. Monitor residents' progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and record information on initial evaluations, treatment, and discharge. Observe and assess progress to prepare detailed reports while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare team members. Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited SLP Program
- Current New York State SLP License
- currently licensed in New York
- graduate from an approved Speech Language Pathology (SLP) program
- actively working toward obtaining licensure
