Job Summary
Provide, direct, and supervise all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure compliance with Federal and State guidelines. Serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients while ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination for consistent care. Participate in quality assurance and customer service activities. Requires a Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology, licensure, CPR certification, and one year of clinical experience. Candidates with 1-2 years in residential or skilled nursing settings are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology
- Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred
