Speech Language Pathologist

Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care in post-acute settings as the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), including screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation, to assure the best outcome. The SLP ensures patient care follows the organization’s guidelines, professional standards and community needs in compliance with Federal and State guidelines, and serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate with cross-disciplinary coordination while participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.
