Job Summary
Provide, direct, and supervise all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to assure the best outcome. Serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients while ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination for consistent care. Participate in quality assurance and customer service activities to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines. Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology, licensure, and CPR certification required; one year of clinical experience preferred. Students in their Clinical Fellowship Year are considered.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology
- Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred
