Job Summary
Provide speech therapy services in skilled nursing facility and home health, conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; supervise assistants as needed; ensure adherence to departmental standards and regulatory requirements; may treat individuals of various ages in post-acute, long-term care, and home health settings; flexible scheduling and collaboration with providers, case managers, payers, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in state(s) of practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or currently working on CFY
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Valid driver's license (when applicable)
