Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist needed in Harrisburg, PA to deliver one-on-one SLP care in private residences or senior living communities, with telehealth options. Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized plans of care, evidence-based treatment, documenting in EMR, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
