Job Summary
Coordinate and implement Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) services within a multidisciplinary Early Childhood Services team. Provide outreach to children and families; develop individualized plans and multidisciplinary services; maintain complete client records including IFSPs; document progress, collaterals, and family communications; ensure billing/documentation compliance; adhere to professional standards; keep supervisor informed; conduct visits in natural environments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
