Job Summary
Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provide. Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Productive and efficient in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required)
