Job Summary
In-person Speech Language Pathologist for Schoolforce Solutions, 40 hours per week; perform assessments to evaluate student needs; develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans; deliver direct speech-language therapy in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings; address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and social communication; collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams; maintain records per NCDPI and IDEA; participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions; train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations; benefits include benefits package, PTO, paid holidays, and professional development funding.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology License
- North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) Professional Educator’s License in Speech-Language Pathology (required for school-based positions)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
