Job Summary
Provide speech-language pathology services to K-8 students, including conducting assessments to evaluate student needs, developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans, delivering direct therapy in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings, addressing articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication challenges, collaborating with teachers, parents, and special education teams, documenting therapy sessions and progress in accordance with CDE and IDEA regulations, participating in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions, and training staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License – SLP Endorsement
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
