Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist needed to provide assessment and therapy for preschool students in Sidney, OH for the school year. 8am-4pm with a caseload of up to 50 students. Responsibilities include conducting speech, language, and communication assessments; developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans; delivering direct SLP services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings; addressing articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and social communication; collaborating with teachers, parents, and special education teams; maintaining records in line with ODE and IDEA; participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions; training staff on strategies and accommodations. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology License
- Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License for SLPs (required for school-based positions)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
