Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and social communication needs; develop and implement IEPs reflecting individual goals; deliver direct therapy in individual, group, and classroom settings; address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic skills; collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams; participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reviews; provide education and consultative support to staff and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- North Carolina SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint clearance and background check required
