Job Summary
TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Cordele, GA school-based role serving PreK–12 students. The SLP will provide therapy services, conduct assessments, develop IEPs, evaluate progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Requires Master’s (or PhD) in Speech-Language Pathology, state SLP licensure, Department of Education licensure as an SLP, and ASHA-CCC preferred; CF-SLP placement may be available. Professional duties include direct therapy, evaluations, case management, consultations, documentation, and planning with guaranteed hours. Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
- State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
- Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
- National License: ASHA
- Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- CF-SLP placement may be available
- Experience working with children
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
