Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bolingbrook, IL – school and early intervention settings. The role supports new graduates through a comprehensive clinical fellowship and pairs experienced clinicians for collaborative patient care, family counseling, and evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations of a child’s speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication; developing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals; providing direct speech-language therapy using various approaches (e.g., play-based); collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support a child’s success; integrating communication goals into educational programming and daily routines; educating and supporting students, families, and caregivers on intervention strategies; and maintaining accurate documentation (evaluations, progress reports, treatment plans, and service records). Compensation is up to $60 per hour, with W-2 employment and full benefits.
