Job Summary
Contract School Speech Language Pathologist needed for the 2026-2027 school year in Lompoc, CA. On-site, 40 hours/week, serving multiple grade levels (Elementary through High School and Pre-K). Eligible for a $2,000 completion bonus and up to $3,000 referral bonuses. You’ll collaborate with a school district to deliver comprehensive SLP services in a school-based setting, with benefits and CEU/license reimbursements. Must hold or be in process for a valid SLP credential/license and be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available. Scheduled duration ASAP through 06/04/2027; local contract with weekly pay range of $47.50–$54.63 per hour. Location: Lompoc, CA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
