Job Summary
Contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Lompoc, CA (on-site). Full-time position (40 hours/week) with grades spanning Elementary through Pre-K (Elementary School; High School; Kindergarten; Middle School; Pre-K). Compensation includes a weekly pay range of $47.50–$54.63 per hour on a local contract, plus a $2,000 completion bonus and up to $3,000 in referral bonuses. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, CEU and license reimbursements, 401K matching, and additional family- and wellness-oriented benefits. Must hold or be in process of obtaining a School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license and be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship). Required Qualifications
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
