Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, then implement therapy programs based on speech-language pathology principles. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes while supervising and monitoring technicians and support staff. Utilize rehabilitation equipment and input data into computer systems. This full-time day shift role includes rotating weekends. ARS Acute Speech Therapy offers a supportive environment with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, plus $5,000 relocation and sign-on bonuses for qualifying applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Hours
- Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas or eligibility for licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Proficient in using rehabilitation equipment
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
