Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop treatment plans, manage discharge planning, and oversee case management while adhering to Reliant Rehabilitation's standards and state/federal regulations. Contribute to program sustainability, maintain clinical proficiency through self-study and continuing education, and ensure compliance with billing models, infection control protocols, and the state practice act. Maintain a valid state license and English language proficiency for effective documentation. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
