Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy, including screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Improve patients' communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities while fostering positive relationships with clients and facility staff. Uphold professional conduct, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and relevant billing models. Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license and apply knowledge of treatment guidelines to produce meaningful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
