Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Conduct patient screening and evaluations to develop and implement treatment plans, while managing discharge planning and case management. Uphold professional conduct and compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and relevant billing models to ensure meaningful clinical outcomes. Foster relationships with clients and facility staff, contribute to program sustainability, and maintain a valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
