Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision of therapy, screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities while fostering relationships with clients and facility staff. Contribute to the development and sustainability of the SLP program, strengthen clinical skills through collaboration and continuing education, and apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure meaningful outcomes aligned with treatment goals.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
