Job Summary
Provide Speech-Language Pathology therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Deliver quality patient care including screening and evaluation, development of initial and ongoing treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management. Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills by directing and overseeing speech therapy. Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy and infection control procedures. Maintain a valid state license and ensure compliance with clinical documentation and billing guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
