Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities via direct therapy and oversight while fostering relationships with clients and facility staff. Contribute to SLP program sustainability and strengthen clinical skills through collaboration and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure compliance with state practice acts and billing models. Readily demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
