Speech Language Pathologist

Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, manage discharge planning, and oversee case management while adhering to Reliant Rehabilitation's standards and applicable state and federal regulations. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff, maintain a valid state license, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols, billing models, and treatment guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and proficiency in English for effective documentation.
