Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients by conducting screenings, evaluations, and treatment plan development while managing discharge planning and case management. Improve clients' communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct therapy and oversight, ensuring all care aligns with Reliant Rehabilitation's standards and state/federal regulations. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to produce meaningful outcomes. Foster positive relationships with facility staff and contribute to the sustainability of the SLP program through collaboration and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
