Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Conduct patient screening, evaluation, and treatment plan development while managing discharge planning and case management. Uphold professional conduct and compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and relevant billing models. Contribute to program sustainability and strengthen clinical skills through collaboration and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license and English proficiency for effective documentation. Apply knowledge of treatment guidelines to ensure meaningful outcomes and align with Reliant Rehabilitation's standards across 44 states.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
