Speech Language Pathologist

Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy, including screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Improve patients' communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities while adhering to infection control protocols, billing models, and state practice acts. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff to ensure meaningful outcomes and maintain confidentiality. Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment.
