Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision of therapy, screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, and discharge planning. Improve patients' communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities while fostering positive relationships with clients and facility staff. Uphold professional conduct, maintain a valid state license, and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality. This role contributes to the development of a robust SLP program within Reliant Rehabilitation, a leading contract therapy provider with operations across 44 states.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
