Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage discharge planning and case management. Uphold professional conduct, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain a valid state license, stay informed on industry developments, and apply billing models and treatment guidelines to produce meaningful outcomes. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while contributing to the sustainability of the SLP program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
