Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Conduct patient screening, evaluations, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management while fostering relationships with clients and facility staff. Uphold professional conduct, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain a valid state license, apply relevant billing models, and contribute to the sustainability of the SLP program through collaboration and continuing education. This floating position may be offered as Full-Time or PRN across three facilities, with competitive compensation including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
