Job Summary
Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage discharge planning and case management. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while adhering to infection control protocols, state practice acts, and federal regulations. Contribute to the development of a robust SLP program and maintain a valid state license. Ensure care aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes using relevant billing models and treatment guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
