Speech Language Pathologist

Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients by conducting screenings, evaluations, and treatment plan development to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Provide direct therapy and oversight while managing discharge planning, case management, and billing model applications to ensure meaningful clinical outcomes. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff, maintain infection control protocols, and uphold state licensing requirements and regulatory compliance. Contribute to program sustainability through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education to strengthen clinical and leadership skills.
